Execute commissioning activities for mechanical and process systems, including inspections, flushing, functional testing, start-up support, troubleshooting and system handover on international power projects.
Develop, review and optimise process solutions for desalination and water-treatment systems. Support design verification, process calculations, commissioning, performance testing and operational optimisation.
Support electrical, instrumentation and control scopes from design review through energisation, loop checks, functional testing and plant start-up, ensuring safe and reliable system integration.
Lead the Lockout/Tagout and Permit-to-Work programme during commissioning. Coordinate isolations, maintain registers, verify boundaries and ensure safe transfer of systems between construction, commissioning and operations.
Plan and direct the commissioning of large-scale desalination facilities from mechanical completion through reliable operation. Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage interfaces, control priorities and deliver performance-test readiness.
Perform instrumentation inspections, calibration verification, loop checks, cause-and-effect testing and troubleshooting. Coordinate field instruments, control systems and vendors through commissioning and start-up.
Support installation verification, alignment, flushing, inspections, functional testing and start-up of rotating and static equipment. Resolve mechanical issues and coordinate corrective actions with construction and vendors.
